Shipping Policy

At Carter Thread Press, each item is made with care after your order is placed. Because most products are created on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Where We Ship

At this time, Carter Thread Press ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not currently offered, but shipping destinations may be expanded in the future.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most items are made to order. Production time is typically 2–5 business days before an order ships.

During busy seasons, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, production times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery timing will depend on the shipping method and carrier. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

From time to time, Carter Thread Press may offer free shipping promotions, such as free U.S. shipping on orders over a certain amount. Any active promotion will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the product type, production location, or fulfillment timing. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Carter Thread Press is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an address mistake is noticed after an order is placed, please reach out as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside the direct control of Carter Thread Press.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it has not been received, please first check with neighbors, the building or mailroom, and the shipping carrier. If additional assistance is needed, please reach out, and every effort will be made to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days of delivery and include the order number along with photos of the item and packaging. The issue will be reviewed, and every effort will be made to provide an appropriate resolution.
